Typescript eslint camelcase rule has now been removed in favour of the new naming-convention rule. This change removes the reference to camelcase and replaces it with an equivalent naming-convention rule. fix iamturns#95

The latest version of typescript-eslint (v3.0.0) was released earlier today. It has a few breaking changes that affect this config.
Specifically, running with v3.0.0, the
camelcase
is no longer recognized and has been replaced by thenaming-convention
