Hint to add OPENAI_API_KEY to system environment variables

I was confused from the "No OPENAI_API_KEY error message" and thought I had to add this value to the local RN env variables.

I imagine it could be a little confusing if folks don't watch that

Please feel free to update the copy as needed.
I'm unfamiliar with how env variables are handled on windows so maybe the (i.e., .zshrc/.bashrc/etc) list can be updated.
