Raise from the ashes

After a few years I go through all my old repos to refurbish and throw away.

In this release

• most of the dependencies have been dropped
• the plugin only depends on rollup for installation
• I ported back the idea to configure the plugin (@judas-christ fork) and thus closed #2
• travis was replaced with github actions
