Deploying artifacts to maven repos.

• Create a release version and tag with maven release plugin
• Check that the artifacts are indeed the correct ones and work fine.
• publish the version to local sonatype repository over some iterations
  understand how it work.
• use the candidate releases to staging repo of the maven central.
