Steps

3. Create Artifact Registry Repository: make create-artifact-registry-repo
4. Build Container Image: make build-container-image
5. Kubernetes Deployment: kubectl apply -f deployment.yaml
6. Kubernetes Service: kubectl apply -f service.yaml
