Here is the pull request I promised on Jira : Issue #JENKINS-12149
I have added a form in index.groovy to populate a UserProvidedCredential in the IntegratableProjectAction in ordre to specify a new way to connect to the repository.
I had to upgrade the maven dependency to the Subversion Plugin and I translated the enterCredential.jelly to groovy since I did not achieve to include it.
Feel free to improve my contribution since I am not a Jenkins plugin guru and this was my first try with Groovy ;)
