feat: make the test suite properties path configurable #204

Commits on Apr 5, 2022

  1. feat: make the test suite properties path configurable

    Make it possible to configure the path to test suite properties. The
    default path will still be in the current working directory.

    Example configuration:

    ```
        [
          'jest-junit',
          {
            testSuitePropertiesFile: 'test-properties.js',
            testSuitePropertiesDirectory: '<rootDir>/config',
          },
        ],
    ```
