@vinay72 Is this for #6957? If so, it should be part of the docs directory.

@rickhanlonii thoughts on where this sort of docs fits?

@vinay72 this needs to be part of the documentation, not a standalone text document.
Now, I'm not sure which document, though... I wonder if it makes sense to create a FAQ document?

@vinay72 this needs to be in a markdown file, not odt. You can do yarn start inside the website directory to run the website locally.
