Upgrading vue-tsc from 1.2.0 to 1.2.1 throws type errors (after generating types) from a Vue component library

../NavbarDropdownMenu.vue.d.ts:58:108 - error TS2694: Namespace 'global.JSX' has no exported member 'ElementChildrenAttribute'.
