  Deserialize an integer and convert it into a bool.
  BoolFromInt<Strict> (default) deserializes 0 to false and 1 to true, other numbers are errors.
  BoolFromInt<Flexible> deserializes any non-zero as true.
  Serialization only emits 0/1.
