Beta v0.1 - Initial Pre-Release

See readme.md for full details on usage and features. The following key features are available in this initial pre-release.

• Supports command line and GUI
• Optionally, automatically fixes issues with ACH files
• Gives detailed report of issues, record by record
• Supports 1, 5, 6, 8, and 9 records
• Verifies that origin and destination routing numbers exist

Note: breakdown reports currently only work via command line.
