Changed the weekdayFormat to be consistent with the dayjs localizer.

Changed the
weekdayFormatto be consistent with the dayjs localizer. The previous format string displayed a day as 'Monday' when using date-fns, rather than 'Mon'.The different formats can be tested here: https://date-fns-interactive.netlify.app/
