• create .env file by referring .env.example and fill proper values
• run node -e "require('./deploy.js').createManifestForDevelopment()" to create manifest.json for development process

Build

• to create zip file, run node -e "require('./deploy.js').createZip()"
• upload zip to chrome dashboard
