Add ability to close modal/dialogue boxes by clicking outside of them.

Can we add an option on dialogues to close them by clicking outside of them? I know we probably need to disable this when a decision is required from the user, but in the case that the dialogue has a cancel button (like the kernal switching dialogue) we should give users the option to close by clicking the grey-space outside the dialogue.
