I just ran into this too. A Socket.IO v3 client requires a v3 server, so if you have a v3 |

We are using socket.io in our Angular project and recently we updated it to version 3. After the test failed we wondered why and it seems that karma has issues with v3. In particular this is a npm issue upgrading karma socket.io version to 3 as well. What can we do about that?
