What type of PR is this?
/kind design

What this PR does / why we need it:

  • Calico CRDs (with kdd datastore) are now downloaded from projectcalico/calico repository
  • It avoids maintaining a hard copy of CRDs in kubespray repository and delegates the CRDs compliance with calico version in use to Calico itself

Which issue(s) this PR fixes:
None that I know of

Hi @mirwan, thanks for doing this.
The 3 lines that we want to remove are static and only for older version of calico, can we just use sed or line in file ? I'm all for having kustomize installable like helm v3, but here you are using a tank to kill a fly :)

@champtar I wouldn't call the few lines in kustomization.yml a tank if the current kubectl versions had up-to-date kustomize shipped with... But I guess you're right.

@champtar I haven't put any condition on the two tasks "Get the list of CRDs manifests" and "Replace unwanted annotations and creationTimestamp keys from metadata in Calico manifests" involved in the metadata removal as they shouldn't do any harm.
Just removing those when the time has come is enough

* Stop using kubeadm to update server in kubeconfigs (kubernetes-sigs#7338)

Using `kubeadm init phase kubeconfig all` breaks kubelet client certificate rotation
as we are missing `kubeadm init phase kubelet-finalize all` to point to `kubelet-client-current.pem`

kubeconfig format is stable so let's just use lineinfile,
this will avoid other future breakage

This revert to the logic before 6fe2248

devices from the host are mounted into the guest. The
