Laverca MSS API client library

Laverca is ETSI TS 102 204 MSS service client API library. It suppports following call types:

• Handshake Request
• Profile Query Request
• Signature Request
• Status Request
• Receipt Request

Additionally there is low level support for:

• Registration Request

but not much of helper functions.
