Simple support for back/forward mouse buttons. Need to test on Mac and Linux.
Can also add up for Explore navigation in the future

I think we can remove the mac swipe since it doesn't seem to be doing anything. |
Doesn't work with 3 finger swipe, 2 finger not supported.

Tested on Windows, but it should work on Mac too (Sean to verify). For Linux, we'd need Electron 3+ (electron/electron#15441) or https://github.com/jostrander/mouse-forward-back
