Changes:
- Added more seed nodes.
- Reduced wallet LSN reset calls; use the backup command or shut down the daemon before moving wallets to another machine. (Backported from v0.17.4.)
- Updated the build process to match v0.17.4. This should make it more compatible with older GLIB.
- Updated the minimum chain work and tweaked cache numbers.
