New chain name
interopis added temporarily and its configs are hardcoded. This is a fast solution to test out pectra update https://discord.com/channels/595666850260713488/892088344438255616/1237739184622538824 on Kurtosis. Downside is that with every change code has to be updated manually. But I think is okay for now, for testing purposes. I guess this will not be merged anyway
