Release Demo

See below for a Version & Publish release, the demo will show the following

1. Calculate and Recommend Version bump depending on Conventional-Commits
2. Prompt for Confirmation of all package Versions (optional, it could be auto-approved)
3. Push Changes to Git and add a Git Tag for the new Version Release
4. Publish of the new Release
5. Prompt for Confirmation of the Publish
   • Prompt for OTP (when enabled)
6. Create a new GitHub Release (when enabled)
