This code has been moved from the original repository on w3.org onto github.com It was a python-based linked data project orignially developed at W3C and MIT LCS (now MIT CSAIL).
Among the open source software products which it produced is cwm, a general purpose munging tool for RDF/Turtle/N3 data.
