  1. perf: ⚡️ replace cosmiconfig with lilconfig 

    Replace 'cosmiconfig' with 'lilconfig' due to the smaller size and
dependency tree of the latter package. This also installs 'js-yaml',
since 'lilconfig' doesn't provide YAML parsing.
