Error appears to be when a webworker # > 2, ready command fails to fire, idling worker in response. I'll review the code again, but the best I can tell, there's something about the callback that's not working.
The coincidence I observed in chrome is two messages return, perhaps related to this function:
executeTwoCallbacks(promise, callback, callback);
in the _fullyReadybut I can't really parse whats going on in that function.
