About & Motivation

KubeTerra allows to manage Terraform resources and modules with Kubernetes in a cloud native way. Kubeterra itself is a controller manager that run on kubernetes and operating on CustomResources. The controller is built in a generic way and support out of the box the most common Terraform provider.

Installation

We strongly recommend that you use an official release of kubeterra. The tarballs for each release contain the sample YAML files for deploying kubeterra to your cluster. Follow the instructions under the Install section of our documentation to get started.

The code and sample YAML files in the master branch of the kubeterra repository are under active development and are not guaranteed to be stable. Use them at your own risk!

More information

The documentation provides a getting started guide, plus information about building from source, architecture, extending kubeterra, and more.
