A medley of monkey patching for kramdown

In the grand tradition of Markdown, I could not live without some syntaxes I loved in other flavours of Markdown (Pandoc, cough! cough!). Hence this repository. Some of the ideas and code is borrowed from others: I give proper attributions in the sources.
