assert.throws() does not check for match on expected error message string #200

This fails (as it should):

assert.throws(() => { throw new Error('unexpected') }, error => { return error.message === 'expected'}, 'Should throw expected error.')

This passes (when it shouldn’t):

assert.throws(() => { throw new Error('unexpected') }, 'expected', 'Should throw expected error.')
