The goal of this project is to provide free internet access to Iranian people by any means. The idea has been raised in this discussion.
- Download Shadowsocks App and V2ray Plugin App from Play Store. If you can't access Play Store alternatively you can download APK files from Shadowsocks GitHub repository or the links below.
- Copy one of the Android config text from the list of domains and open the Shadowsocks app, tab plus button from upper right corner and tab "Import From Clipboard".

- Select the newly added server from the list and tab paper plane button.
- Done.

Download Shadowrocket from App Store. If you can't pay a one-time fee for the app then use one of the following methods.
- Side load the app with tools like AltServer.
- Use the following Apple ID to sign in to the App Store App (NOT TO ICLOUD), install the app, and then log out.

Copy one of the IOS config text from the list of domains and open the Shadowrocket app, the app will detect the config and will open a popup, tab add.

- From Global Routing section select Proxy.
- Select the newly added server from the list and toggle the connection.
- Done.
