Seen in server v9.7

  • Post a message in channel/DM
  • Edit Message and move the curser to start of the message (or in middle of the text) to insert emoji

Actual: the emojis are added to the End of the post and not where the curse is present.

Expected: The emojis should be added where the curser is present
