Move to Ionicons branch 4.x

• Since ionicons change the branch name, this release will follow the changes (832f568)
• Change attribute title to data-title and name to data-name, since it is div tag and not valid adding title and name attribute in AMP (da6037a)
• Adding auto copy to clipboard in demo page (ab7a205)

Move to Ionicons branch 4.0

We release big changes that make many error from latest release. Here our changes:

• Move to branch 4.0 for better icon management
• Add animation shake, rotate, and shake
• Move SVGO from js script to shelljs script
• Fixing sanitize SVG for fit with v4.0 from Ionicons
• Better demo page
