MQL 5 code for inner candle stratrgy

Entry requirements:

1. A price ceiling or a price floor is broken by a candle, and then an inside candle is formed.
2. In placing a sell order, we place one pip below the internal entry candle and one pip above the break stop candle.
3. When placing a buy order, we place one pip above the internal entry candle and one pip below the break stop candle.
