This PR adds content to an already existing page dedicated to Powertools for AWS, a developer toolkit for serverless developer that offers custom Middy middlewares.
The idea of this page is to not replace the main Powertools docs but mainly give a high-level view of the middlewares and provide links to the main docs.
Additionally, there's a section dedicated to best practices for working with Powertools & Middy.
I have tried to follow existing style & conventions, however if there's any change that should be made please let me know.
