This PR introduces a new section to the documentation page dedicated to Powertools. This new section uses the same format & structure as the existing ones but describes the Idempotency utility, which was released some time after the last edit of the page.
Additionally, the PR also fixes #1114 by correcting the example for the Logger and using the correct construct parameter (
serviceNameinstead ofservice).
