I don't think this is correct. This is legal, therefore quite sensitive stuff.
Is it still MIT license?
2011-2019: OpenJS Foundation exists since 2018?
This concerns legal issues and you have to be careful what you are changing.

I don't know. You could study OpenJSFoundation's homepage, or study repos of other packages, or ask jorydotcom or ask boneskull.

Thanks! But ... we still don't have direction from the OpenJS Foundation on updating copyright notices, so we will need to hold off on this.

I think it's probably best to close this for now, and then re-open when we have the required information from the Foundation.
