Only add the output directory if the file name is not already absolute.
This allows retaining "test" artifacts in a new pom.

Why do you change scope?

When I was testing the changes that I needed in the plugin, it kept losing the test dependencies. This fixed it. It may not be necessary but I ran out of time testing the various combinations of patches. |
