Hola,
Añado el .gitignore, sobre todo para la carpeta pycache/
Además verás el .DS_Store que lo tengo por defecto, ya que uso MacOS.
Esta carpeta guarda los archivos compilados, cada vez que corres tu aplicación se genera uno nuevo.
Es una buena práctica no subirlo a repositorio ya que se considera archivos "Basura"
