A branch to remove the server, and all server support, and all GA metrics, and other stuff.

TODO:

  • Remove My Shots support from uicontrol/etc
  • Get tests working (they try to use the local server)
  • Review docs (some are removed, none are reviewed)
  • See if lazy-load is necessary
  • See how much of the background is necessary?
  • Review anything with FIXME-server
  • Remove unnecessary strings
  • Remove some of the CSS partials
  • Maybe remove shot.js and the Shot class
  • Consider simplifying build system
  • Remove terms and privacy from onboarding slides
