Actualize moz-translations when online uploading is feature complete

We should:

• clean all the test runs
• reupload old experiments with the fixes
• reupload the online experiments with added functionality
• upload the new ones from the spreadsheet.

From this point, we won't need to reupload the old experiments unless there are some bugfixes or functionality to add.

We will also consider moz-translation our production namespace. All testing should happen in another namespace.
