Entry command works as expected, when ID is provided. The default input arg is the latest entry in the DB.

I should have propably made a feature issue and discussed it before with you, but it happens many times that you just want to change the
begin/finishof the latest entry.With this feature the latest entry gets used when no entry ID is provided.
