  1. [ADDED] KeyValue and ObjectStore support for JetStream. 

    Also:
- Fixed message reply in PublishMsgAsync
- Ability to seal streams
- Ability for consumer to get message headers only, no msg payload
- GetLastMsg and purgeStream by subject
