LGTM, thanks @mjschwenne ! I went ahead and changed the label type to API so it automatically shows up in the "API changes" section of the release notes.
This is grouped with the other deprecation expirations, so we'll wait until after the numpy 2.0 release before pushing the green button!

Removes the
Edmondsclass for the 3.4 release.
