  1. test: use spawnSync() full name 

    test-cli-bad-options.js uses `spawnSync()` but renames it as `spawn()`
which caused me a bit of confusion for a bit until I realized what was
going on. Rename the variable `spawnSync()` for
readability/maintainability.
