We can automatically deallocate the stream context upon stream deallocation by specifying a `release` callback.

We can automatically deallocate the stream context upon stream deallocation by specifying a
releasecallback.Note: As far as I can tell, this should be equivalent to the old way of deallocating the context, this just avoids aliasing the pointer, so I don't think we need to cut a release just to incorporate this fix.
