fix(react): fix createGlobPAtternsForDependencies path

patterns for tailwind content are missing *

Expected Behavior

patterns to fit all files as shown here https://github.com/nrwl/nx/blob/master/packages/react/src/generators/setup-tailwind/files/tailwind.config.js__tmpl__#L9
