feat(js): support finding imports in .vue files

Current Behavior

The Nx Typescript Analysis Plugin does not support .vue files.

Expected Behavior

The Nx Typescript Analysis Plugin supports .vue files if the @nx/vue plugin (which isn't published yet) is installed
