fix(react): remote url port depends on serve target

Current Behavior

with multiple remotes, the remote url always return port 4201

when serve with ssr, it runs serve target on the remote rather than 'serve-server' :

nx/packages/react/src/executors/module-federation-ssr-dev-server/module-federation-ssr-dev-server.impl.ts

Line 130 in 0df8293

target: 'serve',

so the port of the remote url should be taken on the serve target options
