fix(nextjs): Svg should work when svgr is true in next config

Current Behavior

When we set svgr to true and we have a svg resource loaded serving that app fails to load.

  nx: {
    // Set this to true if you would like to use SVGR
    // See: https://github.com/gregberge/svgr
    svgr: true,
  },
};

Expected Behavior

When svgr is set to true and there is a svgr resource the app should not fail to load.
