This reverts commit 91a457c.
This commit updates the branch triggers in the 'test.yml' file to align with the latest changes in our development process. The 'develop' branch has been deprecated, and we now use 'milestone-*' branches as per the guidelines in the numbers developer guideline documentation.
On every launch VSCode keep changin codeActionsOnSave from true to "explicit". Turns out, VSCode true is set to "explicit" since VSCode 1.85.0. It seems boolean values were supported until 1.84.0. https://stackoverflow.com/a/77637765
