Assuming +496 is the correct build here (I think it is since locally I updated this morning and see it in my np.__version__):

I opened a PR to MNE just to test that putting OPENBLAS_CORETYPE: 'prescott' back in Azure is okay:

mne-tools/mne-python#9580

I'll let you know in an hour or so, depending on our CI backlog!
