We had discussed this briefly in the community meeting and nobody knew a reason for keeping this around (or remembers it being actively used). Thanks @Mukulikaa! |

This PR removes the
cdocdirectory as it is not in use anymore and could potentially be confused with the new Doxygen-Breathe infrastructure.Closes #19993.
